Sirap presents the 'European Packaging Project', an initiative dedicated to the training and acquisition of new, young talents who will become part of the Group's workforce.
During the presentation phase, the project was promoted in 8 European universities and collected over 180 requests, from which 15 candidates aged between 23 and 30 and coming from 10 different Countries were chosen.
The initiative, which starts with a two-week master class aimed at transferring company knowledge and providing transversal skills, including 'sales techniques', 'Lean project management' and communication, is interspersed with fun team building activities.
Starting in April, each candidate will be entrusted with a project lasting three months, which may concern the improvement of a process, the generation of an innovative idea or the resolution of a technical / organizational or sales problem.
At the end of the three-months internship, the candidates with the best projects will be rewarded with a stable employment.
